We want every participant to feel safe, respected, and supported throughout the Conference. If you experience or witness conduct that may violate our SABA North America Annual Conference Code of Conduct & Anti‑Harassment Policy, we encourage you to report it promptly.
You may report concerns in any of the following ways:
- Submit an
Anonymous Complaint Form
You may choose to remain fully anonymous. Anonymous reports are reviewed and taken seriously, though our ability to follow up may be limited if we cannot contact you. - Report directly to SABA North America
You may share concerns in writing with the Executive Director at executivedirector@sabanorthamerica.com or secretary@sabanorthamerica.com, or in person with designated Conference staff. - For immediate safety threats Please contact venue security or 911 first.
We encourage all attendees to review the full Conference Code of Conduct to understand expectations, prohibited conduct, reporting options, and the investigation process.
