Shuttle: Shuttle departs hotel at 6:20 AM (ETA 7:00 AM). Shuttle departs Red Rocks at 8:15 AM (ETA 8:45 AM).

What to Bring: Bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, comfortable clothing, and an open heart (rain or shine).

SABA-CO will be providing shuttles and have additional yoga mats for rent/purchase if needed.

*Please note: Red Rocks Amphitheatre sits at 6,450 feet above sea level. Attendees should be aware of the altitude and take precautions to avoid altitude sickness.
